CMBT Training Centre has proudly partnered with Nucum Physio to provide all of our members with a positive and progressive in-house therapy experience. Our goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. We offer an evidence-based, person-centered approach towards optimizing your overall health and well-being.

Our mission is to empower and educate each person, address causation of injuries, and work towards a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Joel graduated from Bond University’s accelerated Doctor of Physiotherapy program in 2014.

Joel has spent time working with some of the world’s most elite athletes, including during a stint with the Stanford University Sports Medicine team where Joel was working with NCAA Division 1 teams, including wrestlers, gymnasts and others.

  • Functional Range Conditioning System Practitioner

The Process



Before starting your journey with us we would like to discuss your expectations and goals. In addition, we evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to establish baselines that help us track your progress.



At this point, we introduce you to the space in which we will be spending most of our time together. This will give you the opportunity become familiar with the equipment, whist having the physiotherapist’s full attention to work through focus areas that we have identified in the initial assessment.



These classes are unique in the sense that every person attending has been thoroughly assessed by a Physiotherapist that recognized focus areas and established goals specific to their needs. Class sizes can range from 1-4 people.
